Investing in Education, Not Profit

We are proud to be the only not-for-profit British curriculum international school in Qatar, providing outstanding education for pupils aged 3 to 18.

Every fee paid is reinvested directly into enhancing the educational journey — from enriching learning experiences and expanding co-curricular programmes, to developing world-class facilities and nurturing a supportive school environment.

Our fees are approved by the Ministry of Education, reflecting our commitment to fairness, transparency and exceptional value.

At Doha College, you can be confident that your investment is helping shape your child’s future.

Tuition Fees

Investing in a Doha College education means investing in a future filled with opportunity. As Qatar’s only not-for-profit British international school for pupils aged 3–18, all fees are reinvested back into the College, enhancing teaching, facilities, pastoral care and the wide range of experiences that help our pupils thrive both inside and beyond the classroom.

We are committed to transparency and invite you to explore our current tuition fees and charges below.

Capital Charge
The Capital Charge is a non-refundable annual fee that helps maintain and enhance our world-class facilities. It is charged once per academic year and is payable with the first term’s fees. Details of projects supported by this charge are shared in the Board of Governors’ Annual Report and during our Annual Forum.
Seat Booking Fee
The Re-enrolment Fee is applicable to all current pupils who wish to secure their place for the following academic year. The fee is fully credited against the tuition fees for the first term of that academic year and does not represent an additional cost.

Registration Fee

A non-refundable one-off fee for every child enrolling with Doha College.

Stationery Deposit

A once-off charge to cover the cost of lost or damaged Doha College property, including textbooks and/or instruments, in the possession of a pupil. The stationery deposit is due on acceptance of a placement offer for new pupils and will be refunded upon the pupil leaving and all property having been returned to Doha College.

Did You Know?

At Doha College, our academic year is thoughtfully structured into three terms, and each term comes with a clearly outlined fee payment schedule. We kindly ask all parents to follow the schedule to help us ensure a seamless experience for all members of our community.

As a not-for-profit institution, every riyal paid in fees is reinvested into enhancing the learning journey of our pupils. With no private owners or shareholders, Doha College is led by a dedicated Board of Governors who volunteer their time and expertise.

Their commitment ensures that all surplus is directed straight back into the continual improvement of our facilities, programmes, and educational offerings.

Additional Notes

At Doha College, we aim to make our fee structure as transparent and straightforward as possible.
Tuition fees include the essential items pupils need to thrive in the classroom — such as exercise books, stationery recommended by our staff, and standard textbooks used across the curriculum.

There are no hidden costs. However, families should anticipate incidental expenses that may arise due to breakages, loss or damage to school property, as well as optional opportunities such as educational trips, certain co-curricular activities, and materials for practical classes.

External examination fees (Years 10 to 13) are not included in the standard tuition and will be charged separately.

Other Fees and Charges

We are committed to providing transparency about any additional costs that may be incurred and will invoice them separately.

These could include — but are not limited to — expenses related to :

  • Selected school trips and visits
  • Optional instrumental music tuition
  • Shuttle bus service
  • iPads (as part of our digital learning programme)
