Apply Online in Three Easy Steps

Our application process is fully online and designed to be simple and straightforward. Follow the steps below to begin your child’s journey at Doha College:

Step 1: Preparing for your application

To help your application go smoothly, it’s really useful to have a few documents ready before you begin:

  • Copy of the pupil's passport

  • FS1, FS2 & Year 1: Completed Doha College EYFS Form 

  • Year 2–Year 10: Most recent school report 

  • Immunisation records

  • Copy of pupil and parents’ Qatar Residence Permit (QID) – if it’s still in process, just select “In Process” in the form

  • Pupil's recent passport-sized photo (optional)

  • Any relevant medical or educational psychologist reports, including but not limited to Individual learning plans (IEP), access arrangements or other information that would need to be considered as part of our holistic review. 

Step 2: Register or Log In
Scroll down to register as a new user or log in as an Existing user if you’ve already started your application.
Step 3: Complete and Submit the Application
Select ‘Start a New Application’ from your account homepage. Fill in all required sections, upload your documents, and pay the application fee online.

Please ensure all information is complete and accurate, including any medical, psychological, social, or behavioural needs. If your child requires learning support, this must be clearly stated in the application.
