Apply now and take a seat at Doha College

Our application process is fully online; it's simple and can be completed in three easy steps:

Step 1

Prior to starting the online application form, please ensure that you have the documents below scanned and ready to upload.

Documents Required

Copy of the applicant's passport.
FS1, FS2 and Year 1 applications - Copy of completed Doha College EYFS Form. No separate nursery report is required.
Year 2 to Year 10 applications - Most recent school report. (If the report is not in English, please provide a translation with the original.)
Immunisation records.
A copy of the applicant and the sponsor's Qatar Residence Permit (QID.) If this is not available at the time of application, please complete the form to state ‘In Process’**
A passport size photograph (optional)
Any relevant medical and educational psychologist reports if applicable.

Step 3

From the account home page, select the tab to ‘start a new application’ and complete all sections of the form, including uploading all mandatory documents and online payment of QR 200.

All relevant information must be declared including details of any disciplinary, social, physical, medical or psychological concerns. Details of any form of learning support, if applicable must be declared. If you require any support completing the form, please do not hesitate to contact the admissions department at admissions1@dohacollege.com

Qatar Residence Permit:

A Qatar Residence Permit is not a mandatory document to apply, however, if your application is successful, the applicant will need to be in possession of a valid Qatar Residence Permit prior to entry, a copy of which must be submitted to Doha College. This requirement is in compliance with Ministry of Education regulations for all students in Qatar. Doha College reserves the right to withdraw the offer of a place if the applicant is not in possession of Qatar Residence Permit prior to starting at Doha College.

Note:

For every application made to Doha College, we charge a nominal fee of QR200 per child which is used to cover administrative costs. Please note, the application fee is non-refundable and the application remains valid for two academic years. Payment of this fee does not guarantee the applicant a place at Doha College.
