New sports providers hosted at Doha College
Doha College will be offering new programmes and activities during the 2022-2023 season, giving children even more variety and options to stay fit and healthy.
Doha College has partnered with Playball Qatar, Orx Boxing, Ninja Vigor and Rebel Angels. These new activities start in January 2023, and you can register your child today. Find out everything you need to know below.
Ninja Vigor
Ninja Vigor will offer young people a combination of gymnastics, obstacle training, parkour and freestyle movement, progressing to learn a combination of flips, rolls, jumps and kicks. Each child will progress at their own pace based on the individual's mental & physical capabilities. Ninja Vigor is a combination of Martial Arts, Gymnastics and Parkour.
Playball
Playball is Qatar's first and only curriculum-based multi-sports skill development program. Playball's goal is to holistically introduce children to constructive and enjoyable sports participation through various age-appropriate programs. All the programs have a "multi-activity" approach, ensuring a competent foundation in all the popular sports.
Orx Boxing
Orx Boxing introduces the Olympic sport of boxing to young people. It allows students to learn basic boxing skills and the body mechanics needed to perform correct techniques. Boxing helps people of all ages improve their coordination, balance, spatial awareness and focus. Orx Sports will offer both grassroots and intermediate classes.
Rebel Angels
Rebel Angels Gymnastics Academy was born out of the passion for gymnastics training. They will offer young people gymnastics activities where children and teenagers can engage in recreational, advanced and competitive levels of gymnastics. Students will gain skills to operate their routines on particular apparatus such as beam, bar, vault and floor.
This development is a diversification of Doha College's array of activities, adding to the programmes of the school's core sports partner - Evolution Sports Qatar aka EVO.
