More than 90% of Doha College’s Class of 2025 pupils who applied to UK universities gained offers from Russell Group institutions, reflecting both their hard work and the College’s outstanding academic environment and personalised guidance support.

Careers and University Guidance
Navigating university admissions has become an increasingly complex process, requiring research, planning, and expert support. At Doha College, we ensure that every pupil is empowered to make confident decisions about their future through our dedicated Careers and University Guidance Office.
Our programme is highly personalised, offering one-to-one guidance and specialist counselling that begins long before the application stage. From selecting GCSE and A Level subjects to conducting mock interviews and coaching pupils on writing effective personal statements, we provide the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.
This tailored approach ensures that each pupil feels supported at every step of the admissions journey. With expert advice and ongoing encouragement, our pupils are able to make informed choices and submit competitive applications to some of the world’s most prestigious universities.

A Journey to Remember
For the Class of 2025, their time at Doha College has been defined by far more than outstanding academic outcomes and impressive university offers. Their final year was enriched by milestones that celebrated both achievement and community, leaving behind memories that will remain with them for a lifetime.
One of the most poignant moments came on their official last day of school, when they were honoured with a Guard of Honour. As they walked through the College, flanked by cheering staff and pupils from across the Secondary School, the atmosphere was filled with pride, joy, and emotion — a fitting send-off for a cohort that has left an indelible mark on our community.
Equally significant was the Graduation Ceremony, one of the most important milestones in any pupil’s life. This occasion brought families, staff, and classmates together in celebration, reflection, and anticipation of the future. It recognised not only the academic excellence of the Class of 2025, but also the resilience, friendships, and values that will continue to guide them as they embark on the next chapter of their journey.
The spirit of celebration was heightened when six pupils received the prestigious Doha College Legacy Award. Reserved for those who have been part of the College from FS1 through to Year 13, the award symbolises dedication, loyalty, and the embodiment of the College’s values across an entire school journey.
Together, these moments highlight that success at Doha College is not only measured by results but also by the experiences, character, and values that our pupils carry forward. For the Class of 2025, these qualities will remain with them as they step confidently into the future, inspiring the generations that follow.
Earlier in the year, 2 of the Legacy Award recipients reflected on their 15-year journey at Doha College. From their earliest memories in FS1 (aged 3) to their feelings about finally graduating, they told a story that is a powerful testament to the lasting relationships, community, values and growth that define an educational journey at Doha College.
