Fee Payment

Once an offer has been made, parents will receive an official offer letter and fee invoice that will require payment of the Registration and Seat Booking fee. Payment of these charges is confirmation of the acceptance of the place. The non-refundable Registration fee is applicable to each child attending Doha College and is in addition to the tuition fee. Once paid, the Registration charges and Seat Booking fees are non-refundable. 

 If the payment deadline on the invoice is missed without consultation with the Admissions Office, the offer will be considered declined and the place offered to the next applicant on the waiting list.

Upon receipt of the Registration and Seat Booking fees, an invoice will be issued for the remaining tuition fees and capital charge which is payable before the applicants first day of school.

Documents and Attestations

An electronic copy of the documents below must be submitted to the Admissions office prior to the student first day at school

  • Student and sponsor’s Qatar Residence Permit.
  • Transfer / Clearance certificate: In the event of your child being offered a place at Doha College, we will require a copy of the Transfer Certificate/Leaver’s Certificate issued by your child’s current school showing the last year group completed and other relevant details.
  • Overseas applicants only: all overseas students accepted into Year 2 onwards must provide an attested copy of the latest school report. Please contact the Admissions office for guidance on the attestation procedures. 
  • Students transferring to schools within Qatar:  must provide the transferring school with a copy of the official offer letter from Doha College and the school code of 31037 in order to complete transfer formalities with the Ministry of Education.   



Doha College strives to ensure a smooth transition process for new starters.

Upon payment of the registration and seat booking fees, parents will receive a full welcome pack inclusive of all starting details such as uniform, term dates and school policies.

Parents will also receive details of their child’s class and teacher allocation along with an invitation to a transition meeting with the Head of Year.
