DEPARTURE
All students must be collected from the classroom by a responsible adult, or an elder sibling.
Teachers will remain in class until 1.15 pm. All students are expected to be picked up at the correct finishing time.

Begin at 1.20 pm – 2.20 pm - Monday – Thursday

Special Instructions
The morning bell will be at 7.20 am so that work may commence promptly at 7.25 am.
Support and Teaching staff are required to be in their classrooms or activity areas by 7.15 am.
The Primary Gate will be open from 7.00 am, however, students will not be allowed to enter the building or playground until the bell rings at 7.20 am.
Doha College will not take responsibility for children who are delivered earlier than those times stated.
Pre-School - students enter and leave through the Pre-School classroom doors.
Reception - students enter and leave through the Reception door (Mrs Hewitt’s class).
Years 1 - 6 - students enter through the main entrance doors and proceed to their classrooms. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *NB Due to the intense heat during the first half of the Autumn Term and 2nd half of the Summer Term, 2nd break will be taken inside for the younger children.

Students should assemble outside their Form Rooms for start of school at 7.10am. On admission to the Form Room the Tutor will take the register. Students not in class at this point will be marked as “late” in the register. Punctuality is an important expectation at Doha College and regular lateness will result in sanctions being imposed. |
