These pages are aimed primarily at new students (joining the College in year 7 and their parents), though they are of use to all new students, whichever year group they may be joining.
It can be a bit daunting starting at a new school but everyone at Doha College is friendly and helpful. If you are unsure about anything, ask someone; your form teacher, your Head of Year, any of the teachers or other students. You will soon settle in and make new friends.
Many students naturally worry about starting life at a new school, even more so when it is the transition from the junior to senior stage. This section of the website is designed to provide you with a general view of life in Year Seven before you arrive. We hope this will overcome any concerns that you may have.
