Examination results may also be collected in one of the following ways:
1. If the student is in Doha, he/she should not phone the college but collect his/her results personally after confirming his/her candidate number. Results can be collected from the Examinations Office (the Examinations Office will be open from 10.00 am until 1.00 pm).
2. If the student is outside Qatar, he/she should write a letter stating his/her name and Candidate No. and the name of the person authorised to collect the results on his/her behalf. Again the candidate number must be confirmed. If a parent is collecting the results on behalf of a student and doesn't know the candidate number, then the student's date of birth must be given.
3. If the student is a Leaver, he/she must collect two (2) DHL Airway Bills from Reception, complete the form and pay the shipment charges at the Accounts Office. These Airway Bills will be used to courier the Provisional Statement of Results in August 2017 and the original certificates which will be released on 30th October 2017. Please attach the receipt to the Airway Bill and hand it to the Reception Office at Al Waab.
4. If the student is out of the country and does not have access to e-mail he/she can telephone the school on the following number: +974 44076777 and, after giving his/her candidate number, have his/her results read out.
