Welcome to Primary English Department

The school follows the English curriculum, which is designed to offer children a language experience which combines oral language, reading and writing.

Language is crucial in the learning process. The children learn about language, and they also learn through language.

Lessons are planned using guidance from the National Literacy Strategy, covering a wide range of objectives.

Here at Doha College Primary we try to make English fun by using a variety of different strategies to engage every child.
