Re: Year 13 Parents’ Meeting

Dear Parents,

On Tuesday 3rd April 2007 there will be an opportunity for parents of students in Year 13 to speak to their teachers at the College. Form tutors and subject teachers will be available for consultation from 4.00pm until 6.00pm. Except for Mathematics and English, all meetings will take place in the College hall located directly opposite the main entrance.  Appointments with Mathematics and English teachers will be held in their classrooms.

Your son/daughter can make appointments in their organiser for you at 10 minute intervals. If there is a matter that is likely to take longer than 10 minutes then please arrange a separate appointment, with the teacher concerned, for another time. Should you be unable to attend on this evening but would like to discuss your son/daughters’ progress, please phone the college and ask to speak to his/her tutor. 

I will be available to discuss any areas of concern regarding progress and welfare, as will Ms. Gammon (Deputy Head of Post 16 ).
